Arranging a Veterinary Visit for Your Horse

We offer a specified zone day, as indicated on the map, which is available to all our clients.

From 1^st April 2025, our zone days will be changing and are reflected in the new map. We aim to make our vets as efficient & environmentally friendly as possible, which helps keep our costs down. To do this we have simplified & centralised our area map around our practice.  Please contact the equine office to confirm your zone day if you are enquiring about zone days up to the 1st April 2025.  

Charges

Our standard day visit fee is £50.99 (inc. VAT), with the following opportunities for reduced fees: 

Flexible Zone £12 (inc. VAT)
For non-HHC members who can be flexible on time and vet on their zone day. This is available for all preventative healthcare. Please book these in by 5pm of the previous working day.

Zone £35 (inc. VAT)
An option for those who would like to specify either a time preference, or wish to request a specific vet for continuity of care on their zone day. Please book these in by 5pm of the previous working day.

Zone days only: Any visit to treat 3 or more horses at one premises does not incur a visit fee.  

Healthy Horse Club members

For all preventative healthcare (vaccinations & dentistry) there is no visit fee on your zone day. If you have time restraints or wish to request a specific vet there is a £12 visit fee.

We provide 24/7 emergency care for all our clients' horses, for which different fees apply.

For any emergency requiring veterinary attention for your horse, call 01666 826456. Calls will be answered outside office hours 24hours a day, 7 days a week.

There is always a member of our equine team on call.  This way we ensure excellent continuity of care for your horse's needs and provide an optimum service for our clients.
