Our office team will assist you with completion of equine insurance claims and have experience in doing so.
If you wish to make a claim for veterinary fees, please let us know and email or WhatsApp us all relevant details, once you have notified your insurer.
We will then be able to complete and submit supporting evidence (usually online) and information for the processing of your claim.
We do accept direct payments so you only need to pay out your policy excess before claim submission. Of course, as the policyholder you may prefer the money to be paid directly to you and in these cases, we ask that you settle your account in full.
