Pet Insurance
Pet insurance helps cover the cost of veterinary treatment.
Unlike for their owners, there is no NHS available for animals and so taking out pet insurance is strongly recommended. There are a lot of different companies offering a wide range of policies and so please read the small print carefully and take notice of the terms and conditions.
We advise that you choose a Lifetime or ‘Covered for Life’ policy. This means that your pet will be covered throughout its entire life providing that you renew your policy every year without any break in cover.
Insurance Claims Procedure
To begin the insurance claim process, clients are required to complete a “Request to Claim” form.
Please ensure you provide your insurance policy details. An applicable excess must be paid before a claim can be submitted.
Our Client Care team will confirm the appropriate route for our Insurances team to submit your claim—this may involve completing a claim form, requesting an insurance link, or accessing a portal.
