Pet Insurance
Pet insurance helps cover the cost of veterinary treatment. There is no NHS available for animals and so taking out pet insurance is strongly recommended.
There are a lot of different companies offering a wide range of policies and so please read the small print carefully and take notice of the terms and conditions. We advise that you choose a Lifetime or ‘Covered for Life’ policy. This means that your pet will be covered throughout its entire life providing that you renew your policy every year without any break in cover.
We know that ongoing conditions and emergencies can run up significant bills, sometimes quickly. With your consent, we can submit claims to your insurer on your behalf, to be paid direct to us. Not only does this save you the admin, but also the financial outlay that you would then have to claim back from your insurance company. See below for help submitting your claim.
Submitting your claim
In order for us to submit a claim on your behalf, please complete the online form below. Please take care to ensure all details are entered correctly to help us avoid any delays.
Any applicable excess must be paid before a claim can be submitted.
Please note that from 1st July 2026, all New claims submitted on your behalf will incur a £15 admin fee. Pets registered in our Health Club are exempt as part of their membership benefits, and there is no charge for continuation claims.
