From 1st July 2026, all NEW claims submitted by The George Veterinary Group will incur a £15 administration fee. Pets who are members of the George Health Club are exempt from paying this fee which is included in the Health Club benefits. There is no charge for continuation claims.

Please note we do not process claims until the excess payment has been made.
